As a Gold Partner of the GrimmingTherme, GRIMMINGlofts guests benefit from a 15% discount on the regular day admission price.
The GRIMMINGlofts offer apartments for groups of two to eight guests:
- Couple: up to 2 guests
- Couple Deluxe: up to 3 guests
- Friends and Friends Deluxe: up to 5 guests
- Family Deluxe: up to 7 guests
- Penthouse: up to 8 guests
With between one and four bedrooms, the apartments are suitable for couples, families and groups of friends.
Bed linen and towels are included in your stay. A mandatory final cleaning fee is charged once per booking and is clearly displayed during the booking process.
For stays of three nights or more, fresh towels are available upon request.
No, pets are not allowed at the GRIMMINGlofts. This helps maintain a particularly clean environment and makes the apartments more suitable for guests with animal-hair allergies.
All GRIMMINGlofts apartments are also non-smoking.
Yes. Free parking is available directly at the GRIMMINGlofts, and an electric vehicle charging station is also provided.

A bus stop is located just a few metres from the apartments, making the GRIMMINGlofts a convenient base for a skiing or snowboarding holiday in the region.
Yes. The entrance to the Bad Mitterndorf cross-country ski trail network is located directly next to the GRIMMINGlofts.
When snow conditions permit, you can start cross-country skiing almost directly from your doorstep. The groomed trails are suitable for both classic cross-country skiing and skating.
The GRIMMINGlofts are particularly allergy-friendly thanks to the materials used, the non-smoking policy and the fact that pets are not allowed.
However, the apartments are not medically certified or guaranteed to be completely allergen-free. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before booking so that we can discuss your individual requirements.
Cancellations made at least 15 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival, 100% of the booking price will be charged. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking price will also be charged.
A discounted non-refundable rate may also be available. Bookings made under this rate cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation. The cancellation conditions displayed during the booking process and stated in your booking confirmation always apply.
